A calm, modern space designed to help you move, strengthen and feel your best. Whether you’re just beginning your Pilates journey or returning to it, we welcome everyone — young or old, male or female — at every stage of life and fitness.

Our studio is a supportive, encouraging environment where you can build confidence, improve strength and enjoy the benefits of mindful movement at your own pace.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations


Payments

All classes, packages, memberships, and workshops must be paid for in advance through our booking system.

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please pay attention when booking a package that it aligns with your abilities and class level.
If unsure please ask to your instructor/ management to avoid booking the wrong package. 
Changes may be made in extreme circumstance at the discretion of management 

Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 18 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.
Only in exceptional circumstances will classes be refunded or reassigned to packages at the discretion of management.

Late arrivals 

Arriving more than 10 minutes and /or repetitive lateness may result in loss of the session or admission refusal.
The studio is not responsible for clients being delayed.
It is the responsibility of the client to be prepared and leave enough time taking into consideration traffic, weather conditions, parking issues to arrive on time for class .


Expiry

All packages and memberships have expiry dates. **Please pay attention to these**.

Unused sessions expire automatically and are forfeited and cannot be refunded once expired.

Unless in extreme circumstance agreed by management .

Class packages are not eligible for freezes unless approved in exceptional circumstances.

 These issues must be brought to attention of the management within a reasonable time frame .


Group Classes
Group classes are of a level based on your abilities unless stated otherwise.

**Please pay attention to these when booking as this should be your main consideration choosing a class not just a time that is convenient.

Modifications are offered, but clients remain responsible for exercising within their own limits.
Clear communication with your instructor is essential for safety.


Private Sessions

Private sessions are tailored but still subject to the same risks as group exercise.

Studio Etiquette & Safety

Grip socks are required for reformer classes.
Please ensure carriages are adjusted for your height along with straps before use each time you enter the class 
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
Mobile phones must be silenced during sessions.
Clients must follow instructor cues at all times.
Equipment must be wiped down after use.
Respectful behaviour towards staff and fellow clients is expected at all times.
