1. Do I need to be fit to start Pilates?
Not at all. Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced, exercises can be modified to suit your ability.
2. What should I wear to class?
Comfortable, fitted activewear is best so your instructor can see your alignment. Grip socks are recommended for hygiene and safety on the reformers
3. How often should I attend Pilates?
For best results, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week. However, even one class a week can improve strength, flexibility, and posture.
4. Can I do Pilates if I’m pregnant or recovering from injury
Yes, but we recommend specialised pregnancy or private sessions to ensure exercises are tailored safely to your needs..
5. How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class to get settled and inform your instructor of any concerns
6. What happens if I miss a class?
We operate a cancellation policy to ensure fairness to all clients. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of that session. Please cancel within the required notice period to avoid charges
